It seems that the reader must be prepared to read Chinese Tales , primarily because soon discovers that the book no relationship with China and that she is from Mexico. And that is where the caution, because then we understand that we take poetic license for a recess misleading. To finish to fix, and as a climax, we discover that "love is a tall tale." Maybe a hoax?, "A lie? ...

long ago discovered that the everyday is a highly fictionalized field - Everyday , 2008 -. Ed Varia Island In this case the author, Alejandra Díaz-Ortiz, whose life we \u200b\u200bonly know who was born in Mexico and is defined as illiterate passionate, part of a daily reality for fiction. Many of the stories we find, because there are some micro-stories, split or speak of that world as ordinary, yet so rich in nuances and possibilities, which is the world of the family, human relationships, love, but and I hope the author allows, from a quasi-domestic. This book is a well understood that women and men that we will provide a counterpoint to our vision of life. Surely they will understand me. Therefore it is a book that will enjoy as Alejandra Díaz's stories are witty stories made with the heart. Sometimes a thorny heart, others with a plaintive heart, others with a loving heart.

First, a foreword by Luis Eduardo Aute and then a world of reality, reality itself, made story with a narrative material minimized, where the paradox, the final sentence-breaking plays an essential role. Short stories, easily digestible but may fall as a blow to the reader, simply because they teach us that life also contains narrative material that shows Alejandra. We will not find complicated texts or convoluted stylistic devices but it does make us think.

sometimes blunt sentences:
"But what has screwed me my death is this damn sure never to respirarte."
Often it is the paradox that underlies the history and in his magnificent Karma. At other times the obvious is the breeding ground for most of the paradoxes ( should not take work home ) or sustains a reality based on his own lies ( Ya ....).

The impossible becomes real and the expectation becomes a reality that never have a wanted it to happen ( A great evils great remedies ).

Y, made to the author also shows that not all women need to find the prince because in many cases can become the prince into a frog or located in marshland ( Love the first verse.)

But Alejandra Díaz-Ortiz also can search the curiosity and the intricate meanings of words and their possibilities - (Per) versions -.

There are reports that leave the reader puzzled ( Smile fifteenth or conditioned reflex).

There is also a place for cruelty, for jet of lovers, to discover that sometimes things happen to us at the wrong time when our lover would have liked to have already happened and just love to languish ( There was once a very handsome man I loved ).

The story is a prolific area for the author ( The last will), I have also spoken of the paradox ( A true friend ) or cliché ( For love ).

surprising as situations saddest, ugliest may also be treated with some irony as in 1536. And the same irony stems from the reality in Israel story, where the protagonist seeks to change the name in the civil register as not wishing to be a synonym for "kill children, innocent civilians and war" (p.70)

Some of the most interesting stories are the title number of the devil as "strongly advise you find the explanation 666 - or the eschatological account of what can be given or removed at events page.

One of the stories we would never star, due to its hardness, is The call of the month.

And, probably, one of which is my favorite dress pants , their ability to find the contradiction while to show for his forcefulness. Discover

in Chinese Tales these small or big lies hidden, let yourself be fooled but also non-Chinese or Chinese and maybe, despite everything, believe in love. Well, if they wish.
